Our paperback Christmas carol booklet (see list of carols below) and the instrumental accompaniment CD are available, in late fall of each year strictly for use by individuals receiving long-term-care.  The reason we give these resources away - YOU CANNOT BUY THEM - is because they belong to the residents.  If you are a care facility volunteer or a staff member of a facility, contact us to receive materials for your residents.  We ask that you fill out a form (see below) for our records and mail it to us.  Once you receive your copies, we leave it to your discretion whether you retain them for future services or leave them with the residents.  It would be our intention that any resident who wants one can keep theirs and the facilitator can contact us for more free copies.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR CARE FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT CARE FOR THEMSELVES!

For a care facility VOLUNTEER:
Send us a memo telling us how many Carol booklets and CD's you can use reasonably, along with a completed Pastor’s Recommendation Form (located on our website in Section 9 of our A Handbook for Nursing Home Ministry).

For a care facility STAFF MEMBER:
Send us a memo telling us how many Carol booklets and CD's you can reasonably use, along with a completed Care Facility Questionnaire (located on our website in Section 13 of the Handbook).

After you have communicated with us, as our resources allow, we will send the requested materials at no charge to you, via U.S. Mail.
